50th Anniversary Coordinator
Status: Part Time, Temporary
Reports to: Director of Advancement

Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the 50th Anniversary Coordinator works closely with the Offices of Alumni, Communications, Parent Relations, Annual Giving and Head of School to oversee the planning and execution of 50th anniversary-related celebrations.

Essential Job Functions
Supports, assists, staffs and guides the 50th Anniversary Steering Committee
Recruits and oversees volunteers, providing support and guidance
Working with the Events Coordinator designs, staffs and evaluates anniversary-related events
Maintains records, budgets, correspondence, planning documents and other materials
Staffs, monitors and evaluates all 50th anniversary-related activities and programs
Reports on progress to internal constituents
Assists Alumni Office with events and publicity as needed
Assists in publicizing events as needed
Assists in the development of published materials/SWAG creation as needed

Non-essential (Additional) Job Functions
Provide photos and information for the Communications Office to promote upcoming events

Required Experience, Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in organizing anniversary or large-scale celebratory events
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to develop and stick to tight schedules, keeping both Crossroads staff and volunteers on track
Ability to manage diverse responsibilities with only moderate supervision
Ability to work with diverse personal styles of large numbers of volunteers
Ability to maintain confidential information, including biographical data and gift records
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent language skills, both written and oral
Ability to work weekends, as required

Physical Demands
Must be able to sit/stand at a computer and/or in meetings for parts of the day
