Gifts for Good is a fast growing social impact-driven startup seeking a stellar sales person who is passionate about corporate social responsibility and making a difference in this world. At Gifts for Good, we believe every gift should give back and that companies can do more good by turning their gifting budget into a budget for good. Whether it’s employee gifts, client gifts, or branded swag, companies can add impact without adding to their budget.

Founded in 2017, Gifts for Good is a disruptive e-commerce company focused on B2B sales. We have built a marketplace around storytelling and connecting the gift recipient to the gift giver. Every product we carry is of high quality and all support charities and social causes doing good in the world.

Located in West Los Angeles, Gifts for Good is hiring an Account Executive to sell our curated selection of gifts to small to medium size businesses, conference organizations, HR representatives, executive assistants, sales executives, and event organizers. We are looking for a well-rounded, charismatic people person who has the passion to hustle like nobody’s business and deliver extraordinary results. The role will have a base salary + commission.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events etc.)
  • Sourcing new potential clients, initiating contact, & developing relationships
  • Finding, pitching, & closing accounts
  • Identifying client needs, writing proposals, & delivering compelling presentations
  • Building a sales strategy to grow business within targeted territories & executing at light speed
  • Building thoughtful gifting & cause marketing campaign strategies for clients (with support of Gifts for Good veteran coaches)



  • Minimum of 2 years of current sales experience required
  • Experience in value-based selling & consultative sales
  • Caused-based knowledge of CSR industry experience preferred
  • Likes to operate independently
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced startup environment 
  • Willing to work within a team to achieve goals
  • Strong business acumen, ethics, & high integrity
  • Proven skills utilizing Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) & Google Drive 
  • Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, & be available to travel
  • Bonus points for corporate gifting experience & relationships with corporate gifting decision makers
