Who We Are

Infinite Flow - An Inclusive Dance Company is a LA-based nonprofit with a mission to make dance accessible to all and use dance as a vehicle to inspire inclusivity.  Since 2015, Infinite Flow’s professional dancers with and without disabilities have performed over 100 times, from school assemblies to corporate events with Apple, Facebook, Red Bull, Porsche, and more.  Our dance videos have been viewed by over 50 million people on Facebook alone, and we have organized over 200 inclusive dance classes and workshops.

About the Role:

Infinite Flow has gotten quite a bit of traction and attention with a very small team to date. The Director of Business Development, Sponsorships, and Bookings will be a critical role as we build on this momentum and begin to scale more rapidly.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Is comfortable working at a high level without too much immediate supervision.

Absolute “Must Have” Requirements

  • Experience with corporate sponsorship sales, corporate speaking / entertainment booking sales, or event sponsorship sales.

  • Lives in LA or in surrounding regions.

Plus to Have

  • PR & marketing experience.

  • Nonprofit development & fundraising experience.

  • Event design and production experience.

  • Operations background.

Salary

  • 80 Hours/Month starting March 2019
  • $25/hour + 10% Commission
  • Working mostly remotely, with 1/week face-to-face or Zoom meeting with CEO
  • Willing to review salary at end of 3 month period
