We are seeking an Operations Assistant to help keep Cause Communications humming. We’ll keep you on your toes juggling multiple tasks daily, from screening and directing phone calls and visitors, to maintaining our administrative systems and assisting with operational tasks. You will be expected to comfortably communicate with all levels of staff, vendors, and freelancers to enforce deadlines, uphold processes, and gather the information you need to get your job done. We provide best-in-class communications consulting services, training, and project management for nonprofits and public agencies working on important issues like healthcare, education, the environment, and social justice.
The Operations Assistant is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of office processes and systems. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills. This position reports to the Operations Director.

The Operations Assistant is a full-time position.
