About this job
We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor who is empowered to make a difference in the Antelope Valley autism community. This is a HYBRID position that allows you to work from home and in the field.
LOCATION: Los Angeles, Antelope Valley, San Fernando Valley

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience managing teams that have worked with the target population
Experience taking data, conducting assessments & writing progress reports
CPI (or equivalent) certification
OTHER QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:
Proof of legal residence in USA; documentation/s will be verified by Vista
Reliable transportation, valid CA driver's license and proof of car insurance
TB clearance
Everyday access to a computer and an internet connection

Roles & responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clinical Supervisors manage a moderately-sized caseload focused on quality service delivery over quantity.
- Supervisors provide in-home and Telehealth support to their clients and paraprofessionals providing direct services.
- Parent training is a core focus at Vista, as we strongly believe in providing parents with the support and resources to help their child meet their goals.
- Data analysis, report writing, and programming are key components of the supervisory role. Vista utilizes electronic data collection through company-issued iPads.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's Degree
- Spanish bilingual, fluent
- 2+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- 2+years experience using ABA
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
