Program Coordinator – Ultimate Restoration Unlimited (URU)
The Program Coordinator at URU plays a key role in managing the daily operations of our community programs and ensuring smooth coordination between staff, interns, and participants. This position supports the planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives such as Blight Patrol, In-Office Skill Building, Business Navigation, and resource-based outreach for events. The Program Coordinator works closely with the Project Coordinator and Care Coordinator to maintain schedules, track attendance, organize files, follow up with participants, and ensure timely communication. They also support testing and monitoring interns throughout their curriculum, contribute to event preparation, and help uphold URU’s welcoming, professional, and impact-driven environment.
Roles & responsibilities
Check emails and respond or forward as appropriate
Monitor intern attendance and punctuality
Track participant engagement and progress throughout the 5-week curriculum
File paperwork for each program participant (digital and physical files)
Assist with general office duties and ensure the workspace is organized
Check in with the Project Coordinator and Care Coordinator to align on daily priorities
Greet participants and help with intake coordination
Qualifications
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
Strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of program activities.
Detail-oriented approach to managing schedules, resources, and documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills for working with team members, stakeholders, and partners.
Flexibility to adapt to changing program requirements and priorities.
Openness to learning new skills and approaches.
Resilience to handle the pressures of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
