Care Coordinator

URU is a Community Resource Center dedicated to providing resources, offering programs, and

organizing community service events for the South LA area. Our initiatives aim to boost civic engagement,

raise awareness of community service, and proudly represent underrepresented neighborhoods.

The Care Coordinator will play a critical role in assessing participant needs, developing personalized care plans,

and connecting individuals with appropriate resources and services. This position requires a compassionate and

organized individual who can collaborate with various service providers, monitor client progress, and advocate

for client needs.

Associate’s degree in a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management or a related role.

Strong understanding of community resources and social services.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management software.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
