The Thomas and Dorothy Leavey Foundation is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Grants and Operations Manager to join our team. This is a multifaceted role where you will participate in overseeing our grantmaking processes, managing financials, coordinating office operations, and supporting board meetings. Salary Range: $85,000 to $110,000

Roles & responsibilities
What You'll Do:
· Be a key point of contact and support for our entire grantmaking process.
· Administer grants management system including data entry and facilitating board member access.
· Reconcile and manage finances, working with accounting professionals and ensuring timely payments.
· Oversee daily office operations and be a go-to person for vendor management.
· Coordinate board meetings and provide support for meeting logistics.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
· A strong communicator who can manage relationships with grantees, vendors, staff, and board members.
· An analytical thinker and problem-solver who is curious, excited, and comfortable working with new systems, including grants management software and financial tracking tools.
· Someone who has a keen eye for detail and enjoys working on both big-picture strategy and day-to-day operations.
Preferred Experiences and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum 3 to 5 years in grants management, financial administration, or office management strongly preferred.
· Proficiency in data management and database systems; some experience with grants management systems preferred.
· Solid analytical, technological, and organizational skills with attention to priorities.
· Ability to manage multiple workload priorities and work with deadlines while remaining flexible.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
