Eggleston Youth Centers, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor (Head of Service) to oversee the clinical activities at our Short-Term Residential Treatment Program (STRTP). This position is responsible for ensuring that youth in the STRTP receive comprehensive mental health assessments and services. The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership in supervising clinical staff, maintaining compliance with documentation standards, and ensuring the quality-of-service delivery.
Roles & responsibilities
路 Manage clinical services for the assigned STRTP facility (or multiple sites with approval).
路 Ensure timely mental health assessments and appropriate service delivery for youth.
路 Supervise clinical staff, interns, and support personnel, providing weekly individual and group supervision.
路 Oversee and approve clinical documentation, case plans, and treatment reports.
路 Conduct monthly client chart reviews and ensure quality assurance measures.
路 Facilitate coordination of care with community agencies, schools, and healthcare providers.
路 Lead program development initiatives, contract management, and staff training efforts.
路 Participate in Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings and strategic planning sub-committees.
路 Serve as the Program Manager on a relief or assigned basis.
路 Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Master鈥檚 degree in Social Work (MSW), Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.
路 California Board of Behavioral Sciences licensure (LMFT or LCSW).
路 Minimum of two years of clinical supervision experience in a mental health setting.
路 Strong knowledge of supervisory principles, documentation standards, and clinical best practices.
路 Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a diverse and inclusive environment.
路 Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
路 Valid California Driver鈥檚 License.
路 Ability to pass required criminal background and health clearances
