About this organization

Los Angeles is facing an epidemic of homelessness. Despite billions of dollars approved by taxpayers to address the crisis over the last several years, the situation has further deteriorated. Better Angels will take a bold, holistic approach to confront the many aspects of this huge, complex and seemingly intractable problem.
