About this job

Under the direction of the Director of Development, the Development Officer is a key fundraiser who actively drives philanthropic support for the agency through exceptional relationship management, including the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of donors. The Development Officer will join a team of 11 Development staff working to fundraise approximately $6.5M in FY2024 through primarily private support from individuals, foundations, family foundations, corporate sponsors, and corporate foundations. This is a hybrid position that requires a mix of in-office work and flexibility to work remotely.
