L.A Family Housing is looking to fill a position for a dedicated Operations Manager to provide oversight for all LAFH building-related processes. The Operations manager will effectively work with the Director of Bridge Housing to include building repairs and maintenances, enforce safety and building cleanliness standards, hire, supervise and coach operational staff. The motivated Operations Manager will work with ordering and up keeping inventory of shelter-related supplies. The Operations Manager will also oversee the day-to-day functions of the building and works alongside the Director(s) of Bridge/Crisis Housing in directing, planning, and evaluating the operational and budgetary components of our interim housing sites. At last the Operations Manager will supervise resident advocates, maintenance, janitorial staffing and services, and kitchen/food services.
