The primary function of this role is to support the Digital Strategy team in delivering for the agency’s individual, cause and corporate clients. We seek a creative, resourceful and positive individual who is excited to leverage the power of culture and entertainment to make lasting change in the world. We are looking for a self-starter with constant drive and creative capacity to think outside the box.

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Preparing strategy documents and reports for our nonprofit, cause and corporate clients
  • Conceptualizing and executing social media content calendars, including creative content ideas and copywriting
  • Researching and analyzing digital platforms and innovations, ensuring that the Digital Strategy team is aware of new trends and tools
  • Creating and measuring analytics; creating monthly reports that clearly and concisely showcase key learnings and recommendations
  • Managing online communities and websites
  • Creating and executing social media advertising strategies
  • Creating and deploying newsletters

  • 1-3 years work experience
  • Strong interest in advocacy, philanthropy, and/or social entrepreneurship
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work in a dynamic team
  • Preferred agency experience
  • Eagerness to immerse yourself in a variety of issue areas and flex between subjects with ease
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Interest in working in social technology space
  • Experience managing projects with multiple tasks, deliverables, deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Interest in entertainment (music, movies, pop culture, gaming etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • A sense of humor Position reports to: Manager, Digital Strategy
