Opportunity Fund seeks a highly detail-oriented, self-starter to provide critical administrative support to development and communications activities in Southern California. Working closely with the Regional Director, the Development Assistant will participate as an active member of the development team by providing excellent customer service to internal staff (development and marketing team, and LA office) and external contacts. The Development Assistant will support fundraising activities including donor communications, special events, and data management.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and the capacity to work independently. Applicants should be comfortable with technology and data management, and have a commitment to using accurate data to support team success. The ideal candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, and be enthusiastic about the critical role of philanthropy in furthering Opportunity Fund’s mission.
