Are you interested in learning more about the latest in Los Angeles River issues? Is a career goal to run a non-profit organization or head your own fundraising department? Friends of the Los Angeles River (FoLAR) is searching for an intern to support its Development operations in the areas of annual fund, major gifts, grants, and special events funding. We are in need of a meticulous individual to update and maintain our donor database, compile funder informational packets, and assist with short writing assignments. We are a friendly team of dedicated River advocates looking to provide you with a valuable work experience this summer. The Development Intern reports to the Director of Development and Development Coordinator.
Full Position Responsibilities:
Full or Part Time: 20-40 hours per week
Compensation: Small stipend
